Job Description : JD For Front Desk Executive: -* Answering, screening and routing incoming phone calls while providing basic information when needed.* Serving visitors by greeting, welcoming, directing and announcing them appropriately.* Monitor visitor access and maintain security awareness.* Sending birthday wishes mails to MOPL staff & field staff.* Organize conference, auditorium and meeting room bookings for HO & Field Staff.* Organize catering needs for field staff meetings.* Make Stay arrangements for field staff in HO & Guest House.* Arrange vehicles for the guest and staff as required.* Arranging refreshment beverages for guests.* Managing inventory & coordination with vendors to place orders for refreshments/beverages.* Maintain the reception area clean and tidy.* Pull Field attendance report and mail the report to concerned HR person.* Scheduling meetings & fixing appointments to enable collaborations & discussions.* Maintain schedules & reminder diaries.* Inventory management for medicines stock.Job Types: Full-time, Regular / PermanentSalary: Up to ₹30,000.00 per monthSchedule:Day shiftAbility to commute/relocate:Mumbai, Maharashtra: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)Experience:Microsoft Office: 4 years (Preferred)Front desk – Receptionist: 4 years (Preferred)Language:English (Required)Speak with the employer+91-XXXXXXXXXX
