Job Purpose
To manage relationship with Tower Cos and MS partners across all the circles to extract Operational excellence in terms of Uptime & Hygiene to equipment.
To facilitate & ensure governance of all IP and infra MS partners by coordinating with different stakeholders & managing & tracking centrally.
To bring Operational efficiencies by driving special cost optimization projects.

Key Result Areas/Accountabilities
An important link between VIL circle, IP partner (Indus, BIL, VIOM & ATC) & MS Partners, to create & maintain conducive work environment & resolve issues, if any, on real time basis.
Ensure corporate guidelines & mandates on ethical Network operations.
Undertake Special projects from time to time.
Support circles in interpreting the MSA contracts with the IP’s for operational improvements from time to time basis the Organizational requirements.

Core Competencies, Knowledge, Experience
Knowledge on the various deployed infra nodes in the network and their specifications
Experience to interact with the functional and regional team of the IP and circle teams effectively
Ability to ensure implementation of various governance models & policies as per corporate guidelines
Strong experience in driving the IP and the MS Partner towards achieving the deliverables
Ability to make timely decisions & troubleshoot with strong leadership skills

Must have technical / professional qualifications
Customer perceived infra uptime against targets for all the IPs including the Strategic sites (RNC/BSC/VTH)
% reduction in High priority/Critical/P1 outages through governance mechanisms
Regularity of governance meetings with infra providers and MS partners.
Improvement in overall infra uptime circle wise for all IPs.
Synergy in Infra operations of merged CO resulting improvement in uptime
