Job Description : Hands on experience (minimum 2-4 years) on RPA UiPath, Automation Anywhere and Blueprism Knowledge in programming language(s) or macros e.g. Visual Basic, C Understanding of IT architecture Proficient MS Office literacy (especially MS Word, Power Point, Excel, Teams) and ITSMs (especially TfSNow/ServiceNow) Process mapping experience with the ability to model and breakdown a process into its component parts. Strong analytical and problem solving skills with an attention to detail Excellent English language skills (both spoken and written) Excellent communication and business process awareness skills Comfortable interacting with business stakeholders, subject matter experts etc. with the ability to communicate complex processes and technical knowledge to a non-technical audience Pro-active approach, the ability to easily adapt to changing circumstances and multi-task Ability to work to deadlines and manage expectations
