Job Description : Job Responsibility

Configuring, administering, and troubleshooting the network infrastructure.
Managing, securing, and troubleshooting servers and client computers.
Configuring, managing, securing, and troubleshooting active directory organizational units and group policy.
Configuring, securing, and troubleshooting remote access.
Frequent interface with Microsoft and other vendors.
Lead several key initiatives related to Office 365.

Desired Candidate
Technical Skills

The selected candidate must have extensive experience working with clients in person and over the phone with advance knowledge with Office 365
Office 365 administration experience.
Experience with Azure AD and Exchange.
Office 365 SharePoint Administrator experience.
Microsoft certifications a plus.
Proficient knowledge of Windows operating systems.

Soft Skills

Excellent verbal and written communication skills to be able to interact with technical and business counterparts.
Being available for working outside of normal business hours, holidays, and some weekends when needed for on-call periods.
Experience understanding set IT strategies and objectives.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s Degree in information technology, Computer Science, or other relevant fields
