(www.biorev.com) is looking for a Professional and Versatile Project Coordinator for our Mohali Office.The Project Coordinator will work directly with clients to ensure deliverables fall within the applicable scope and budget. Project Coordinator will coordinate with internal stakeholders to ensure all aspects of each project are compatible.Job Location- Mohali OfficeWorking Days – 6 Days (Alternate Saturday off)Job Responsibilities-Project Coordination and Planning of 3D Visualization or Business Development or Software Development (IT) projects as per business requirementsShould guide and drive Project TeamsPlan project delivery timelines, resource allocation, project milestones. Ensuring adherence to the planAble to Handle multiple projects. Projects coordination with multiple teamsInteract with the clients as a Single Point of Contact. Keeping clients communicated on day to day progressUnderstand Client Requirements and Perform Business AnalysisIdentify the project Risks and Take Corrective ActionsManage the project Quality MeetDelivery timeline and efforts estimatesDevelop and groom the team membersManage simultaneous tasks and ensure timely deliveryRequirement gathering by interacting with clients (mostly overseas). Explaining client requirements to team and facilitating for any clarificationShould be logically sound in comprehending project requirementsYou may not be technically hands-on but must understand the process behind the projectsPeople team management, a must Strong business acumen in project planning and managementShould be fair enough potential for project management, time management and resource management to deliver best results in given stipulated conditionsMonitor/review project cost, budget, resource & risk management, task assignRequirements-Strong English verbal, written, and organizational skillsStrong customer relations, project management, and documentation skillsExperience in Digital Marketing, Software Development, Website and Application Development / Any Technical or functional project coordination / monitoring experience is a plusProven experience as Project coordinator/Similar RoleExperience IT project management from conception till deliveryCreate and Maintain flowchart, schedule & step-by-step strategyTech Savvy with experience in working cloud based appsCertification on Project Management would be added value, Business Analysis, Advance Excel, Domestic Customer Front ending – Good Negotiation, Good Presentation and Communication Skills.Job Types: Full-time, Regular / PermanentSalary: ₹20,000.00 – ₹30,000.00 per monthBenefits:Leave encashmentPaid sick timeSchedule:Day shiftNight shiftRotational shiftAbility to commute/relocate:Mohali, Punjab: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)Experience:3D Architecture: 1 year (Preferred)Interior: 1 year (Preferred)Exterior: 1 year (Preferred)Product Modelling and Rendering: 1 year (Preferred)3ds Max: 1 year (Preferred)VRAY: 1 year (Preferred)Adobe Photoshop: 1 year (Preferred)AutoCAD: 1 year (Preferred)Shift availability:Day Shift (Preferred)Night Shift (Preferred)Application Deadline: 26/03/2022Expected Start Date: 25/03/2022
