Please fully complete the application form questions as requested because incomplete submissions may not be reviewed.WHAT YOU WILL BE DOINGAs a Senior Account Executive you will be part of the CSM Middle East Comms team contributing to the development and delivery of a variety of communication and event marketing campaigns and brand activations,including press launches, talent management, media relations, social media management and content creation.You will be responsible for managing the day-to-day running of your respective accounts, building solid relationships with clients, mentoring juniors and supporting the senior team. You will report into a Senior Account Manager.You will be part of a six person team based in CSM’s UAE offices (with flexible working opportunities), providing communication and event marketing services to a variety of key regional clients that include World Tourprofessional cycling team UAE Team Emirates, NEOM and its partnership with the AFC, Saudia Airlines and its partnership with Formula E and ADNOC focusing on its partnerships with the UAE Tour, UAE Team Emirates, Abu Dhabi Marathon, Abu Dhabi Grand Prix and the UAE Pro League.Your key responsibilities will includeDeveloping and shaping communications campaigns as part of wider sponsorship activation plansAttending communications events, media briefings and launchesDrafting well crafted written content for internal and external channelsBuilding strong relationships with GCC media (English and Arabic) and developing news angles, stories and pitches that delivering positive media coverageTracking social and media data to create monthly coverage and insight reportsManaging talent for community initiatives and media engagementsManaging social influencersOverseeing editorial media partnershipsProducing video and static image content for social channels with CSM’s Design Studio and external production partnersManaging client relationships day to dayTHE SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE YOU NEEDA clear passion for sports and entertainmentExperience in Sports PR / MarketingStrong understanding of the professional cycling industryStrong interpersonal skillsStrong experience in media relationsAbility and confidence to guide and counsel clientsSignificant client facing experience within UAE public and private sectorProven ability to prioritise and delegateAbility to work under pressure and to tight deadlinesOutstanding written and oral communications skillsFluent in English, written and spoken, Arabic not essentialWorking knowledge of Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Cision (database), Carma (media monitoring)Understanding of social analytics tools Sysmos , Facebook, Instagram and Twitter AnalyticsAbility to build and manage budgetsProven track record of working with photographers and production companies and understanding the creative process for visual content creationStrong regional contacts across sport & lifestyle media, with a sound understanding of the regional media landscapeSolution focused and hands on approach to communications, using a range of marketing skills including media relations, press release and video content creation, talent handling as well as social media planning and executionCSM is an equal opportunity employer.
