Job Description : Accountant responsibilities include auditing financial documents and procedures, reconciling bank statements and calculating tax payments and returns. To be successful in this role, you should have previous experience with bookkeeping and a flair for spotting numerical mistakes and also Supervising the day-to-day operations of the administrative department and staff members.Hiring, training, and evaluating employees and taking corrective action when necessary.Developing, reviewing, and improving administrative systems, policies, and procedures.ResponsibilitiesManage all accounting transactionsPrepare budget forecastsSupervising the day-to-day operations of the administrative department and staff members.Hiring, training, and evaluating employees and taking corrective action when necessary.Developing, reviewing, and improving administrative systems, policies, and procedures.Publish financial statements in timeHandle monthly, quarterly and annual closingsReconcile accounts payable and receivableEnsure timely bank paymentsCompute taxes and prepare tax returnsManage balance sheets and profit/loss statementsRequirementsWork experience as an AccountantBachelor’s degree in business administration, management, or a related field.Excellent knowledge of accounting regulations and procedures, including the Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP)Hands-on experience with accounting software like FreshBooks and QuickBooksAdvanced MS Excel skills including Vlookups and pivot tablesExperience with general ledger functionsProficiency with computers, especially MS Office.Experience in a related field, such as management or financial reporting, preferred.Job Types: Full-time, Regular / PermanentSalary: ₹8,086.00 – ₹15,000.00 per monthSchedule:Day shiftAbility to commute/relocate:Pune – 411004, Maharashtra: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)Education:Bachelor’s (Preferred)Experience:Accounting: 2 years (Preferred)Tally: 2 years (Preferred)Speak with the employer+91-XXXXXXXXXX
