Job Description : NOTE: APPLY ONLY IF YOU ARE COMFORTABLE FOR NIGHT SHIFTMUST HAVE KNOWLEDGE OF QUICKBOOKSMUST HAVE AN EXPERIENCE IN US ACCOUNTINGEssential Duties and Responsibilities: US Accounting.Invoice processing & Invoice preparationVendor management & payment follow up.Book Keeping.Debit and Credit notes processing.Statutory entries.Preparing monthly reports.Escalation resolution of the clients and customers.Payment and Auditing.Knowledge and ability to place a high emphasis and maintain controls surrounding financial reporting as per procedures.Coordination with the US Team.CompetenciesStrong organizational, communication and problem-solving skills.Self- motivated and takes ownership of work.Ability to interact in a positive manner and to communicate well with all levels of the organization promptly and professionally.Multitasking.Liasoningand influencing.Strong analytical and problem solving skills.Required Education and ExperienceBachelor’s degree in Accounting/Finance required.Overall experience should be more than 2 years.Excellent written and oral communication skills.Experience in Quick BooksJob Type: Full-timeSalary: ₹22,000.00 – ₹30,000.00 per monthSchedule:Night shiftAbility to commute/relocate:Vikaspuri, Delhi – 110018, Delhi: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)Education:Bachelor’s (Preferred)Experience:Corporate accounting: 2 years (Preferred)QuickBooks: 1 year (Preferred)Language:English (Preferred)Shift availability:Night Shift (Required)Expected Start Date: 28/03/2022
