Job Description : Designation: – AccountantExperience: – 1 to 3 YearsRequired Qualification: Commerce / AnyAbout GEPL:23 years of rich experience, with long time practical experience in the field of after sales service and manufacturing concrete batching plants. Continuous product development that address customer’s needs and provide high quality cutting-edge custom solutions.Since 1998 we help customer to cover all their different needs connected with the concrete production:· Plans· Design· Manufactures· Install Mobile / Stationary Concrete· Batching Plants· Operation And Maintenance of Plant· Annual Maintenance Contract of PlantEssential Skills, Role and Responsibilities: 1. Maintains and makes necessary adjustment to various records and/or logs such as journals, payroll/time reports or properties record.2. Verifies amounts and codes on various form of accuracy.3. Sort’s documents and post debit / credit to proper account . Balance entries and makes necessary correction.4. Verified statement items and total with department records.5. Reconciles simple bank statement or department records6. Makes and checks necessary calculations7. Answers inquiries regarding work being performed8. Preparing forms for data inputs9. Prepare and check invoices, requisitions and other documents for processing: encodes and obtained approval when necessary10. Compiles routine numerical information for report purposes by hand or by running routine recurring reports on internal computer records11.
