LCX AG was founded in 2018 with headquarters in Vaduz (Liechtenstein) and branches in Crypto-Valley Zug (Switzerland) and New Delhi (India).### Responsibilities### Monitor the day-to-day financial operations within the company (payroll, invoicing, and other transactions)Prepare Documents of all payments and gets approval from management for paymentsPrepare monthly Salary Slips for the employees.Maintain health insurance of all employeesPrepare monthly and quarterly management reportingParticipate in strategic data analysis, research, and modeling for senior company leadershipSupport project analysis, validation of plans, and ad-hoc requestsManage the company’s financial accounting, monitoring, and reporting systemsEnsure compliance with accounting policies and regulatory requirements### Qualifications1- 3 years of experience in accounting and/or financial analysisExperience in GST R1, 3B, 9, 9C Returns FilingExperience in TDS return filingExperience in ITR Filing of companiesShould be practical knowledge of Excel, Advance Excel, and Google spreadsheetAbility to synthesize large quantities of complex data into actionable informationAbility to work and effectively communicate with senior-level business partnersExcellent business judgment, analytical, and decision-making skillsKnowledge of financial reporting and tax filingsStrong demonstrated the use of Excel, Word, and PowerPointLocation: Gurugram, IndiaJob Type: Full-timeSalary: ₹300,000.00 – ₹600,000.00 per year
