Job Description : Job SummaryLooking for dedicated and talented Accounts Assistant in ajman, United Arab Emirates (UAE)Job Type / CategoryManage accounting controls by preparing and recommending policies as well as procedures.Verify financial transactions by auditing documents.Organize payments by verifying documentation and requesting disbursements.Sum up current financial status by collecting information, preparing balance sheet, profit and loss statement as well as other reports.Create special financial reports by collecting, analyzing and summarizing account information and trends.Prepare payment vouchers in the company’s accounting systemRespond to accounting procedure questions by researching and interpreting accounting policy and regulations.Help with petty cash management and process petty cash vouchers.Required Education, Skills and QualificationsThe applicant should have a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting of finance from a recognized institutionAt least two years of accounting experience within the UAEMust have high levels of integrity and confidentialityExcellent computer knowledge particularly the tally softwareGood communication and interpersonal skills requiredJob Types: Full-time, PermanentEducation:Bachelor’s (Preferred)Experience:accounts assistant: 1 year (Preferred)Sales: 1 year (Preferred)Language:Arabic (Preferred)
