Job Description : Techizer Tech Solutions Private Limited is looking out for Accounts Receivable having at-least 2 years of experience.
The ideal candidate will be in charge of the organization and efficiency of daily office operations.

Responsibilities

Reviewing open accounts for collection efforts.
Making outbound collection calls in a professional manner while keeping and improving client relations.
Resolves billing problems and rescues accounts receivable delinquency by applying good customer service in a timely manner.
Allocate concern to collect payments in accordance with payment due dates.
Identify issues attributing to account delinquency and discuss them with management.
Review and monitor assigned accounts and all applicable collection reports.
Provide timely follow-up on payment arrangements.
Mail correspondence to clients to encourage payment of delinquent accounts.
Mail documents to accounts and follow up
Handling Audit/ Compliance responsibility as and when required
Sending reminder mails /calls to client for reaching invoices to clearance department
Preparing weekly/ Monthly target vs achievement report for outstanding report

Education: At-least graduate
Those comfortable with Work from Office should apply

Qualifications
Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.)
Good written and verbal communication skills
Ability to multi-task, organize, and prioritize work
