Job Description : Adjunct Part -Time Assistant for the Deanship of Research and Graduate StudiesESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES: Ensure that all regulations, rules, and policies are followed throughout the external review process for internal research grant proposals.Communicate with the selected external reviewers (nominated by the Dean of RGS) for each submitted proposal.Follow up with the reviewers to ensure we receive two external reviews of each submitted proposal on time.Provide fair treatment, attention, and value to every grant submitted proposal in the first round of review.Send regular reminders to all reviewers for the timely completion of all reviews.Arrange an alternate reviewer by communicating with the Dean of RGS.Prepare a consolidated summary of all the reviewed proposals to be discussed in the meeting with the Dean of RGS.Analyze each submitted grant application, its contents, documents, and requirements.Open Access Article Processing Charges/submission and reimbursement process on ORSProvide support in the management of graduate programs in the DRGS.Perform different tasks as requested by DRGS.Job Type: Part-time
