Job Description : Looking for a Lady “Admin cum Accountant” in Ajman Freezone CompanyDuties and Responsibilities: 1. Recording Accounting Entries in the Accounting Software (Tally ERP 9).2. Manage daily operations like preparation of Sales Invoices, Purchase invoices, monitor and follow-up on receivables that have been outstanding for unusually long periods of time.3. Ensure that all general ledger accounts are reconciled to subsidiary records on a monthly basis to ensure accuracy of posting.4. Perform other admin duties as assigned or required.5. Maintains high degree of confidentiality. Maintain a documented system of accounting policies and procedures.6. Helping auditors to finalize the accounts. Coordinate and complete annual audits. Manage all financial transactions, from payments to bank deposits.7. Preparing VAT reports and calculating tax payments and returns.Language : English / Hindi (required)Experience : 3 years UAE experience.Visa Status : Husband Visa onlyLocation : Ajman requiredJob Types: Full-time, PermanentAbility to commute/relocate:Ajman: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)Experience:Accounting: 1 year (Preferred)Application Deadline: 20/03/2022Expected Start Date: 14/03/2022
