Job Description : Job Location: Marwadi University, RajkotMinimum HSC, with a diploma/degree in hotel/hospital management Experience in Housekeeping Department for Minimum 3 years in Hotel/hospital/educational institution.Roles & Responsibilities: Train housekeepers on cleaning and maintenance tasks and ensure maintenance within TATOversee staff on a daily basisCheck washrooms, rooms, and common areas, including stairways and lounge areas, for cleanlinessSchedule shifts and arrange for replacements in cases of absence, through housekeeping agenciesEstablish and educate staff on cleanliness, tidiness, and hygiene standardsMotivate team members and resolve any issues that occur on the jobRespond to customer complaints and special requests and ensure prompt resolutionMonitor and replenish cleaning products stock including floor cleaner, bleach, and rubber glovesParticipate in large cleaning projects as requiredEnsure compliance with safety and sanitation policies in all areasEnsure timely Billing of agencies.Give full support in the conduct of events in his area.Other Housekeeping related issues like pest control, covid protocols, etc.Job Type: Full-timeSalary: ₹15,000.00 – ₹25,000.00 per monthSchedule:Morning shiftAbility to commute/relocate:Rajkot – 360005, Gujarat: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)Experience:total work: 3 years (Preferred)
