Webhelp has an excellent opportunity for a collaborative and skilled Global Administration Service Specialist to join our talented Global Administration Service Team on a fixed term contract. This full-time Specialist role is based in Bangalore, and offers a compelling salary and excellent benefits.

The Global Administration Service Team is an operational support team divided by projects to provide support and guidance to the customer in conjunction with the Webhelp Operation Team. This team supports internal and external customers regarding their project details and coordinates with the respective SDMs and operational management to ensure a transparent and accurate view related to the administration of the projects and precise processing of the contractual requirements.

Some of your responsibilities in this Global Administration Service Specialist role will include:

Administrative support to Service Delivery Managers and Operations
Statement of work and job posting support and administration
Administrative support to Cisco stakeholders
C-Worker onboarding and administration according to Cisco administration requests
Reviewing amounts to be invoiced and supporting the Cisco stakeholders, Finance Controller and WH Finance

To be successful as a flexible Global Administration Service Specialist, you will need a university or college degree, and an MBA would be an added advantage. You will also require 6-plus years of experience in administration, customer support or consulting and expertise in working with different tools. In addition, you should be fluent in English and skilled in Microsoft Office and SharePoint usage. Being open-minded to new programmes and capable of working with several locations, virtual teams, and cultures is also essential.
