Duties
The primary purpose of this “When Actually Employed (WAE)” position is to provide administrative duties to the
Afghan Task force. Incumbent may be assigned to work at Emirates Humanitarian city (EHC), the Control Room (CR)
or the Airport. Under the general supervision of the Human Resources Officer and the direct supervision of
respective team leads, the incumbent will be required to perform a wide range of temporary duties, as needed. These
may include, but are not limited to, preparing excel sheets, data managment, memoranda and reports; answering
phone calls, scheduling appointments and maintaining calendar; escorting refugees to the airport. Incumbent must be
a U.S Citizen and capable of obtaining low risk non sensitive public trust clearance.
Note: This position will be terminated once the Afghan Task force work is concluded.

Requirements:
EXPERIENCE: At least one year of experience in office management/administrative work is required.

Education Requirements:
Completion of High School is required.
Evaluations:
LANGUAGE: Level 4 (Fluent) speaking/reading/writing English is required.
