We are looking to hire an Administrator to join our Employee Services team based out of Dubai for a fixed term supporting the Amazon employees in MENA region . The Employee Services team delivers various employee lifecycle services for the region across different businesses. This role will focus on providing HR administrative support to our existing team and will be reporting into a Team Manager.

Responsibilities:

Work on and support key employee life cycle processes, primarily pay services.
Input, update and maintain all HR related data in a timely manner.
Maintain the accuracy of information and key changes as and when necessary and by deadlines as required
Take ownership of employee contacts and requests ensuring that each contact is accepted and resolved with a high degree of customer focus.
Meet SLAs set for processes and KPIs set for the role.
Carry out audits and checks on data changes to ensure accurate and timely payment of the employee population.
Maintain, manage and regularly audit all employee information and electronic personnel files.
Participation in the continuous improvement of HR processes.
Communicate effectively both verbally and in written form with employees and key stakeholders to explain and resolve queries and concerns. This could be via email, phone and chat / instant messaging.
Participate effectively in adhoc projects assigned.

Work experience in HR Shared Service Center in similar role in Middle East region
Experience working with remote set up and with international teams where team members are in different locations/belonging to different cultures.
Communication skills in Arabic (verbal and written)
Payroll management/support experience
