Job Description : Job Responsibility:As Admin1) Dealing with email enquiries.2) Diary management and arranging appointments, booking meeting and conference facilities3) Data entry.4) General office management such as ordering stationary5) Possibly maintaining the company social media accounts6)Providing administration support to Sales Reps, Property Managers and Senior Management.As assistant accounts:1) Collaborate with Financial Managers and other team members to successfully execute various accounting tasks2) Maintain company ledgers.3) Create financial documents such as bills, invoices, pay-orders, payables, receivables and purchase orders4) Identify discrepancies in ledgers and accounts, tracking them to the source and correcting them5) Manage payroll activities and release salaries6) Coordinate and manage payment and billing details of external service providers, contractors and vendors7) Verify payments and deposits made through the company account and coordinate with the bank8) Create daily reports for management and team membersJob Types: Full-time, PermanentSalary: AED3,000.00 – AED8,000.00 per month based on work performance and experienceJob Types: Full-time, PermanentPay: AED3,000.00 – AED8,000.00 per monthWork Remotely:No
