Job Description : Recruitment
To update New Joinee details in HCM and generate employee ID.
To maintain application data bank and ensure data bank has sufficient CV’s for all positions.
To obtain manpower requisition form for all recruitments.
To Maintains the names of resigned employees for replacement
To scrutinize the CV’s, schedule interviews in consultation with HOD’s.
To call for candidates and intimate the interview panel members.
To conduct interviews and explain the Company HR policies to the candidates before they are presented to the interview panel.
To verify the testimonials with originals and make attestation.
To coordinate the pre-employment medical check-up.
To prepare provisional selection letter and appointment letter.
To create personal record with necessary documents.
To prepare joining report appointment order and communicate to the area concerned.
To issue identity cards.
To send the list of candidates to the training division for orientation.
To collect the original certificates from candidates (wherever necessary) and maintain necessary records of the same.
Collect the original certificate and sent for credentialing and maintain the list
To have track on the certificate send for credential.
To be responsible for preparing the following reports as per time schedule:
Weekly report of recruitment vacancy status.
Monthly report of selected candidates.
To participate and contribute to departmental quality initiatives.
To be aware of departments performance and objective.
To carryout data collection/support in data collection.
To adhere to the safety norms of hospital, follow both patient, and staff safety rules.
To perform any job / task as and when assigned by the superior.

To maintain attendance details of all employees in the computer system.
To enter shift timings of all employees as per the duty chart.
To enter the details of employees availing permission, changing shift, and leaving the hospital while on duty for official purposes.
To enter the leave / off details of all employees and maintain record of the same.
To attend queries of employees which are related to Time office and maintain good relationship.
To write the names of the employees celebrating birthday on the birthday notice board and thought for the day in the notice board provided.
To monitor employees movements.
To maintain the filing of papers in respective files.
To check the employees dress code and grooming.
To perform rounds during night duty and appraise the superior.
To prepare employee strength and manpower statements as per the time schedule.
To prepare over time advice.
To prepare and send salary advice to payroll for all category of employees.
To prepare and provide leave / late particulars of employees due for regularization / annual increment.
Issuing of food coupons to employees from 1st to 5th of every month.
To make daily visit to canteen and obtain feedback from the employees.
To send deduction details of food coupons to payroll through internal audit.
To prepare final settlement for resigned employees.
To prepare advice for employees encashing their EL / RL.
To coordinate with external vendor/ ITD during system breakdown.
To be responsible for preparing the following reports as per time schedule.
Weekly report on long absent.
Monthly report of Late Comers.
Monthly report on Muster Roll.
Annual report on attendance awardees.
To participate and contribute to departmental quality initiatives.
To be aware of departments performance and objective.

To be responsible for the maintenance of personal records of all employees in good condition.
To issue personal records to the concerned as and when requested and maintain necessary record of the same.
To enter all personal details of employees in the HCM module. Update / delete as and when they join / leave the organization.
To maintain the personal records of resigned employees and maintain record of the same.
To be responsible for filing of papers which needs to be kept in the personal record
To be responsible for keeping the personal record room clean and neat.
To participate and contribute to departmental quality initiatives.

To assist in preparation of HR Budget.
To enter all relevant details of employees in the HCM module
To prepare the approval letters for confirmation / regularization / annual increments.
To prepare and issue confirmation / regularization / annual increments orders through the Departmental heads.
To assist in preparing and approval note for employees identified for promotions.
To prepare and issue promotion letters through the Departmental heads.
To prepare and send payment advices of annual increments / promotions / change in benefits and grades / revision of allowances.
To assist in the salary revision process of doctors / executive / staff members.
To prepare and issue transfer/ deputation orders with intimation to all concerned.
To submit weekly report on pending work status.
To maintain relevant records of despatch of
Performance review document.
Confirmation / regularization / annual increments orders.
Promotion orders.
Transfer and deputation orders.
Payment advises.
To participate and contribute to departmental quality initiatives.
To be aware of departments performance and objective.
To carryout data collection/support in data collection.
To adhere to the safety norms of the hospital, follow both patient, and staff safety rules.
To perform any job / task as and when assigned by the superior.
To enter or verify payment / deduction details.
To prepare or verify and send payment advises to finance department for all payments (salary, overtime, LTA, Long Term and emergency advance, etc.)
To send recovery details to all concerned areas.
To maintain relevant records for all recovery and payments made.
To assist in the Payroll audit by the Internal / Statutory Auditors.
To assist the employees in opening Bank account for salary credits.
To assist in Bonus / Exgratia payment to employees.
To prepare MIS reports
To make overtime payment.
To make refund of unpaid overtime / other payments on time.
To be responsible for preparing the following reports as per Time Schedule
Monthly MIS report to Senior Management on personal functions.
Monthly report on HR cost.
Quarterly report on HR cost variance between Budget and Actual
To participate and contribute to departmental quality initiatives.
To be aware of departments performance and objective.
To carryout data collection/support in data collection.
