Job Description : Position Objective:
The job holder will be responsible for supporting the Logistics Manager for purchase order management & data quality in RMS/ SEP within the concept.

Key Responsibilities:
Logistics Operations

Check and approve Import related documents such as local/ trans-shipment Delivery Orders, Reporting Manifest etc.
Monitor and review merchandise is received on time and delivered to stores in various RDC as per plan
Ensure process control and efficiency within the concept e.g, (ensure that the merchandise is processed efficiently with 48 hours delivery to the stores, ensure 100% replenishment is delivered before 9.30 the next day morning, ensure the night shift is efficiently managed)
Assist Logistics Manager to prepare and review monthly reports on performance & challenges & discuss way forward.
Coordinate with corporate logistics, territories & suppliers to ensure on-time movement of goods and stock management
Monitor delivery lead time for the concept and review exceptions
Submit reports on shipments as & when required
Check Proforma invoices against orders placed and prepare internal memo.
Preparing new order worksheet.
To coordinate with all the buyers on regular basis updating them on the PO challenges & correction required to ensure data accuracy in systems.
To provide necessary data for all the queries from territories regarding style numbers, price, data, etc on any short / excess supply done to them.
To do the data entry required in the Concept in an efficient manner, with speed and accuracy.
To also coordinate between the various staff and provide necessary support by providing timely data.
