The team
The USI Tax Talent Development team has pioneered in providing comprehensive learning solutions to the Tax Practice. Innovation and human-centricity lie at the core of the team’s vision, empowering professionals to ‘own their development’ by building their technical and professional and leadership capabilities. The team is dynamic, providing career-growth and strength-based opportunities to help fulfil your aspirations.
Within the larger HR services umbrella, the USI Tax Talent Development team owns the Learning and Development charter for the USI Tax practice. This team supports all India locations. The team works in conjunction with the Tax business to cover Technical, Industry, Professional and Leadership skills.
Your role
The candidate will work in conjunction with the Learning and Development Manager to identify development needs, design innovative formal and informal learning solutions, and deploy long term technical and professional development journeys. This role demands strong design skills, with the ability to manage and deliver an innovative and targeted learning portfolio of onboarding, technical, engagement-readiness, and milestone learning. This role requires the candidate to possess knowledge of design processes and learning modalities through innovative design elements, and strong planning and management skills. The candidate should exhibit a willingness to learn continuously, and remain updated of new and novel solutions in the learning and development space.
The key expectations for this role are as below: Design and Develop learning interventions that support business/performance outcomes Apply instructional methodologies to design effective and impactful learning solutions for the business Design high-impact learning solutions in the current, ‘hybrid’ working world, with excellent program delivery skills to cater to a distributed workforce Integrate design and curation of effective, technology-enabled learning solutions to provide continuous learning across the talent lifecycle through the interplay of live and digital learning, on-the-job experiences, and exposures Plan and execute key technical and professional development programs for the business, partnering with the business, vendors, and delivery teams (this includes participant registration, facilitator onboarding, train the trainer workshops, and end to end program management on the day of the program) Craft key stakeholder and practitioner communications Create partnerships within the business to gain a strong understanding of current business issues and opportunities Partner with the Learning Delivery and Evaluations teams to use best-in-class core talent development processes for communications, classroom delivery, metrics, reporting, and solution support. Develop program assessment protocols for evaluation and improvement Work with other program managers to identify risks and opportunities across multiple SLs within the portfolios, facilitate sessions on a need basis Analyze data throughout the development lifecycle to identify opportunities, inform decisions, test ideas, design and improve solutions, and measure impact Analyze, evaluate, and overcome program risks, and produce program reports for management and stakeholders
Maintain organizational standards of satisfaction, quality, and performance
Work timings: Flexible with overlap of work hours with US and USI teams

This role will require interaction with the following business and Talent leadership roles – USI Tax Manager Learning and Development (direct reporting relationship) USI Tax Business Stakeholders (portfolio-level interactions)
Qualifications:
Required Bachelor’s degree or master’s degree in business or related field
5+ Years’ experience in learning and development
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, multi-tasking environment Strong project management skills and ability to manage multiple projects successfully Strong strategic-thinking skills with an ability to collaborate with team members on best practices Strong analytical skills and ability to identify and present data-driven insights and trends
