Job Description:
Accounting Acumen – Should have Excellent accounting acumen and knowledge.
Should have to Manage all sales accounting transaction.
Hands-on experience with accounting ERP like SAP.
Demonstrate Advance MS Excel skill and knowledge.
Customer Account and Sales promotor (Agent) account Management.
Posting of Payment/receivables in Customer A/c.
Clearing and reconcile accounts of customers and business associates payable and receivables.
Manage ledgers and ensure accurate financial record keeping across all customers and agents.
Prepare and send ageing/UGAI Statement to customers and follow up with Customer/Agents for payment collection.
To create Customer code for New Customer.
Sales Promoters Agreement – Obtaining approvals and Coordinate to Prepare, send and receipt from Agent.
Provide Inputs to agents to raised the commission Invoice. Ensure timely process of Commission of by coordinating with accounts.
Sales Order Booking:
To book the order in SAP after receives advise from customer, agents and ASM. Ensure data accuracy like Customer name, Product Name, pricing and payment terms, agent code for Sales order preparation.
Evaluate all Sales orders and obtain approvals from concern Authority and Record Keeping.
Review of pending orders and prepare the reports.
Prepare and send Proforma Invoice as required by Customers.
Credit Note of Sales Return and claims from Direct Customer and Consignment
Process of return of goods and prepare credit note of goods return from direct customer as well as consignment customer.
To process documents of quality claims and commercial settlements.
Obtain necessary approval and arrange accounting of same.

Excellent interpersonal skills to communicate effectively across organisation.
Ability to work independently and as a Team
Indentify areas of improvement and implement improvements of processes.
Ability to multitask across different types of accounting related projects.

Qualifications:
Bachelor Of Commerce

Minimum Experience Level:
4-6 Years
