Job Description : We are seeking legal assistants or smart & driven law graduates or interns to become part of our growing team! You will provide overall support to international attorneys for their business needs. This is a ground floor opportunity to learn something new in a fast growing industry providing offshore specialized legal services for global clients.Responsibilities: Prepare pleadings, including summons and complaints, bill of particulars etc.Prepare discovery demands, discovery responses and motionsPrepare settlement packages based on medical records in the files; andInteract with clients in a professional mannerQualifications: LLB (3-year) with at least 2 years of work experience in a law firmMust be a self-starter or independent workerExcellent written and verbal communication skills in EnglishStrong word processing and computer/web skillsDeadline and detail-oriented, quick learnerWhat we provide: A 1-2 month training program that will prepare you on the fundamentals of personal injury litigation procedures and filings in the US and other countries. Post completion of the training, you will be inducted into the company’s Legal Services Division on a 3-month probation with confirmation with the job title – “Assistant Paralegal – Level 1”. A stipend will be provided during training and probation.
