Job Description : To give an optimum inquiry through phone, email, B2B Portal. Dealing with Customers and Vendors. We do generated Inquiry, Quotation, Sales Order, Performa Invoice, Material Requisition inERP System, and we do inform to via ERP System or internal email and follow-up withdifferent departments like Sales Team, Production, Stores and Dispatch etc. Handle the processing of all orders with accuracy and timeliness. A Sales Coordinator primarily assists the sales team, focusing mostly on managing schedulesand the distribution of any sales documentation. Collect, Analyze. Evaluate and report data in orders to increase sales productivity Communicate sales reporting and sales forecasting to senior management. Follow-up for open cases, Handle the processing of all orders with accuracy and timeliness,inform client for unforeseen delays or problems. Documents Controls and Preparation. Follow-up with Sales Team and Dealer for inquiry, Payment and required documents fordispatch.
