Job Description : Position: Bar Manager – Hakkasan (Full time #528160)
Property / Office: Emirates Palace, Abu Dhabi
Location: Abu Dhabi, United Arab Emirates
Responsibilities:

Duties & responsibilities include (but not limited to):

Daily management of bar operation (2 bars + 2 large beverage-lead spaces)
Forward thinking beverage development
Beverage P&L cost analysis
Training & bar recruitment
Revenue generation planning & implementation
Staff retention & succession planning
Competitor analysis

Candidate requirements

2+ yrs experience working in a similar role within a high standard high-volume venue
Middle East experience preferred (but not essential)
Must be highly motivated
High level of beverage knowledge
Strong ability to lead & motivate
Ability to maintain and build strong guest/supplier relations
