The youth deserves and appreciates a better customer experience than traditional banking.More importantly, YOU can fast track your career at Jupiter and be the go-to person in Neo-banking!About Team:The Brand marketing team works in tandem with the Growth and Performance teams and is responsible for all Brand led research, ideation and execution of campaigns.Key Responsibilities:Working with the brand marketing team and overseeing implementation of brand marketing strategy to achieve the desired brand positioning and leadership status.Ideation & Execution of ATL & digital promotions and exploring BTL possibilities for campaign promotions.Driving brand marketing efforts on social media and digital platforms, possessing and mastering the art of storytelling in short-form content platformsOverseeing implementation of the media plan while ensuring cost and exposure alignment.Assisting in managing the agency/partners relations, streamlining communication between the brand marketing team and agency/partners.Understanding evaluation of agencies and working closely with the agency in deliverables as per the brand marketing briefs.Working cross-functionally with digital platforms, short-form content platforms, social media partners and digital and creative agencies to develop social and digital marketing creatives and ideasRequired Skills:5+ of experience in Marketing (ATL & digital) as well as experience of overseeing the launch and sustenance efforts on marketing campaignsUnderstanding of consumer behaviour and the ability to immerse oneself in their social media life, converting their insights into the business plan/actionable on digital platformsRobust understanding of the digital platforms and understanding of new-age trends on social media and short-form content platformsExposure to 360 degree marketingWhatsApp resume@+91-XXXXXXXXXXJob Type: Full-timeSalary: ₹2,500,000.00 – ₹3,000,000.00 per yearBenefits:Cell phone reimbursementCommuter assistanceHealth insuranceInternet reimbursementPaid sick timePaid time offProvident FundSchedule:Day shiftAbility to commute/relocate:Banglore, Karnataka: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)Experience:Brand Manager: 5 years (Preferred)Language:English (Preferred)Speak with the employer+91 +91-XXXXXXXXXX
