Sales Order should be strictly made based on the Customer PO within 30 mins of the order received.2) Order of the customer should be processed on the basis of customer PO copy only. 3) If Operation desk has any query while processing the order, he should seek advice from the respective team. 4.) Operation desk should confirm the Sales order with customer in mail before dispatch of order. 5.)
