Job Description : We have urgent requirements on BDE and BDM profile. The ideal candidate should be a hunter of business opportunities and target based performance. Must be exceptional in lead generation.We will help you over entire sales cycle and with all relevant information but, you will have to achieve your goals. Your key job responsibility includes:Generate leads through cold calling, online bidding, email or whatever suits you better. It should lead to Conversion (should have knowledge how to sell Web development Services, Mobile App Services and Digital Marketing Services)Dispatch mailers to prospects by E-mailFollow-up calls, E-mail to prospectsMarket researchAssistance to achieve business development processEstablishing initial contact and gathering informationPossess high energy and enthusiasm.Self motivated & goal-oriented.Excellent verbal, written & interpersonal communication skills.Excellent professional business telephone / written communication skills.Ability to organize and prioritize work independently, with minimal supervision quotas.Client interaction/presentationManaging new as well as existing clientsAchieving monthly targetsCorporate level marketingHaving knowledge of online bidding will be an edge.There will be an appraisal after every 6 months and you will be rewarded based on your performance. There will be no limit for deserving people.
