Job Description : · To handle banking transactions of company with different banks.· Responsible to maintain proper record of receipts and payments.· To handle Petty Cash and expenses Journal Entries· To perform clerical tasks, including processing and recording transactions, as per approval and budgets and other duties, as needed.· To be responsible for assisting with a variety of day-to-day financial operations such as sales and purchase ledgers and basic bookkeeping.· Reconcile daily cash ledger with the banks.· Maintain cash project wise and restrict cash transaction to the extent of their approved budgets.· Making different entries in Tally, Excel or any other software.· Maintains accounting controls by following policies and procedures.· Preparing and submitting daily cash reports with opening, closing cash to management.· Assist colleagues and perform any other relevant tasks assigned by the management.Qualification: ACCA requiredNote: Those candidates with experience of teller, counter cashier, exchange please don’t apply.Job Types: Full-time, PermanentSalary: AED3,000.00 – AED4,000.00 per monthExperience:Cashier: 4 years (Preferred)
