Job Description : A leading Cement, Steel and construction materials supplier Vadodara based Firm required a CA.We are looking for a highly qualified chartered accountant with minimum 10 years of experience to lead a team of accountants. The chartered accountant is responsible for implementing accounting systems and processes, preparing Daily and Monthly financial reports, controlling the master data of the general ledger, and ensuring compliance with the state revenue service.To be successful as a chartered accountant, you should possess a stable working track record, excellent oral and written communication skills, and be highly knowledgeable in the broad spectrum of accountancy accounting practices. You should also be certified and accredited with the relevant association and governing body.Chartered Accountant Responsibilities: 1) Oversee the duties of the accounting team.2) Implement accounting systems and processes.3) Preparation, maintenance & finalization of Books of Accounts & as per Indian Accounting Standards.4) Reconcile income statements.5) Prepare monthly financial reports.6) Review and release party payable payments.7) Ensure compliance with Income tax and GST Departments.8) Provide ongoing accounting and reporting support.9) Manage the full financial process.10) Prepare an expense budget report.11) Manage the financial Audits & check the financial status of the company.12) Management of books of accounts.13) Make financial statements and MIS on weekly, monthly and annual basis.14) Handle management and operation of offices and employees jointly with Director/Founder.15) Prevent fraud or other suspicious accounts.16) Assist Junior Accountants in working with their accounting issues or concerns that are usually encountered in the firm.17) Advise potential partners about the acquisition or other corporate finances if possible.18) Review Payments of online banking and release them & well management of financial process.19) Implementation & monitoring of internal controls, Implement new systems and processes.20) Day-to-day reconciliation of cash and bank Accounts, scrutiny of ledger accounts of receivables and payables.Desired Candidate Profile1) Certified Chartered Accountant.2) Strong orientation toward internal control risk assessment3) Demonstrate problem solving and Strong Business Communication skills – verbal and written English.4) Ability to prioritize tasks, work on multiple assignments, and manage ambiguity5) Ability to work both independently and as part of a team with professionals at all levels6) Willingness to expand skillset and work on other related areas7) Integrity and trustworthiness.8) This job requires joining at the earliest.Chartered Accountant Requirements: 1) Certified Chartered Accountant.2) 10 years of experience.3) Fully compliant as a tax practitioner.4) Filing of IT, GST, TDS and TCS.5) Experience in providing financial advice.6) Leadership qualities and effective team working skills7) Interpersonal skills (both written and oral) Confidentiality.8) Proficient in MS office.9) Preferred work experience in a Builder line or construction Material Supplier/Trader.Job Types: Full-time, Regular / PermanentSalary: ₹35,000.00 – ₹40,000.00 per monthSchedule:Day shiftAbility to commute/relocate:Vadodara, Vadodara – 390006, Gujarat: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)Experience:Accounting: 10 years (Required)Tally: 10 years (Required)total work: 10 years (Required)Language:English (Required)Gujarati (Required)Hindi (Required)License/Certification:Chartered Accountant (Required)
