Job Description : As DevSecOps Engineer, you will actively be participating to conceptualize, architect and build automated deployment of secured pipelines in a CI/CD environment. Implement an AWS environment that is scalable, highly available and secure.
Prerequisites and Essential Functions:
Bachelor’s degree in any Engineering.
1 to 4 years of experience in AWS infrastructure design.
Strong Kowledge of DevOps environments / Containerisation (Docker, Kubernetes).
Strong knowledge of core AWS services (EC2, EBS, S3, Security Groups, Console), Amazon Cloudwatch, AWS Lambda, Amazon Simple Queue Service (Amazon SQS), Amazon API Gateway, AWS CloudFormation and Amazon DynamoDB.
Strong knowledge with Micro Services, API Gateways and application integration development and design.
Good knowledge of risk assessment techniques and threat modelling techniques.
Serve as the subject matter expert for the threat and vulnerability platform and metrics reporting
Good understanding of Open Source Software (OSS), their usage and find security vulnerabilities.
Work with external stake holders and the open source community. Provide in-depth analysis of vulnerabilities and impacts to key stakeholders.
Influence stakeholders to prioritize and execute risk management initiatives, and drive remediation of process and technology gaps
Experience with CI/CD processes.
Good to have:
Good to have knowledge of Operating Systems (Windows, Linux), networking fundamentals and server hardware.
Good to know anyone scripting language such as Perl, JAVA script, Shell scripting (or) Python.
Good to have knowledge of GitHub and Dependency management.
