Job Description : We, Professional Utilities, are looking for Company Secretary Trainees to help us keep growing.ResponsibilitiesMastermind compliance policies and protocols on behalf of the organizationDevelop and implement a compliance program to ensure the organization operates in accordance with state and federal lawsDetermine compliance metrics and establish a system for tracking themSign off on any marketing and advertising collateral to ensure it is complianceRemain up to date on federal and state laws related to the organization and update policies accordinglyPerform compliance audits to determine whether establish protocols are being followed and where they can be improvedMaintain up to date written documentation and policies related to the organization’s business activitiesQualifications * Must have, or be willing to obtain, a compliance certificationSuperior attention to detail in order to identify and correct risky practicesMust be a strong communicator and capable of expressing oneself clearly both speaking and in writingPossess a collaborative personality and be open to suggestions from team membersExemplify strong knowledge of industry protocols and best practicesExcellent analytical skills and ability to accurately interpret complex documents and policiesStrong time management and organizational skills and able to meet deadlinesShould have a strong moral code and sense of ethicsJob Types: Full-time, Regular / Permanent, Internship, FresherContract length: 6 monthsSalary: ₹3,500.00 – ₹8,000.00 per monthSchedule:Day shiftMorning shiftAbility to commute/relocate:Nehru Place, Delhi, Delhi – 110019, Delhi: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)Language:Hindi (Preferred)English (Preferred)
