PRIMARY PURPOSE/SCOPE:
The content specialist will gather product information and work with product managers to write product marketing content to inform Sales about new products, technologies and capabilities. They will also contribute in the development of associated collateral, including product overview pages on molex.com, to promote new products, technologies and capabilities to customers and prospects.
DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
Collaborate with product managers to develop product marketing content for internal documents, public web pages, datasheets and other collateral.
Create other promotional materials based off product releases as needed, such as emails and product training scripts.
Collaborate with graphic designers and digital team to create content assets and product webpages.
Manage the translation process of datasheets and other content assets as requested.
Manage the updating of content assets as needed and uploading them to content management systems.
Perform other related duties as assigned by management.
EDUCATION:
REQUIRED:
BS/BA in communications, marketing, public relations, journalism, business, or related field.
PREFERRED:
WORK EXPERIENCE:
REQUIRED:
2+ years of experience in writing B2B content
Proven ability to write product marketing copy
PREFERRED:

REQUIRED:
Strong oral and written communication skills
Excellent organizational skills
Demonstrated ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively
Proficient in Microsoft Office
