Job Description : Role overview – The Fuller Life is looking for an individual who will be part of the growth engine for the company. The role will require the individual to work with the internal stakeholders such as Client Management, Sales, Products and Innovation teams while also working with client teams and partners to deliver content requirements for the employee engagement business, Runners for Life business, the product offerings of the company, the sales and marketing verticals. The content requirement could be newsletters for corporate clients about their initiatives, health & wellness and other relevant initiatives. Content can also be for mailers announcing various initiatives, competitions and events. Copy for ads and social media content for our own sports properties, our health and wellness conferences, etc. can also come up. The job also involves microsites for customers/ creating event collateral/ programme management collateral for the entire year’s work for clients. Education: Graduate/Post-graduate Work experience: 1-3 years Job type: Permanent Following are the primary deliverables: Delivering content requirements: * Understanding the business and client * Creating content within agreed upon SLA timelines * Adhering strictly to the prescribed guidelines * Drawing information from clients to write credible pieces of content * Handing over mature products to sales and client management teams * Ideation on activities, designing quizzes, newsletters and communications * Being a part of client interactions and suggesting executable ideas * Communicating with the client (internal/ external) for the entire tenure of the plan/project Skills, knowledge & attitude: * Ability to turn around credible content for corporate customers * Ability to write specific, simple, to the point content * Ability to visualise and present content from a design perspective too * Writing with the end user in mind * Ability to churn out often similar content across different customers and make it seem specific to the ethos of those customers * Ability to write at short notice, and write to high standards of quality ( language and grammar) * Write fresh content on similar situations each new time * Ability to stick to internal systems of quality check and receive critique of writing style and messages conveyed * Being paranoid of errors in any piece of content being written * High energy levels, a sense of humour, presence of mind to handle internal and external customers Location and RemunerationJob Types: Full-time, Regular / PermanentSalary: Up to ₹350,000.00 per yearSchedule:Monday to FridayAbility to commute/relocate:Domlur, Bengaluru – 560071, Karnataka: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)Experience:Content writing: 1 year (Preferred)total work: 3 years (Preferred)Language:Hindi (Preferred)English (Preferred)
