Responsibilities
Maintain system to track Agreements in all stages of negotiation/signing, upload executed Agreements to Applied’s iCertis contract lifecycle management system (ACE) and maintain local hard copy files.
Evaluate NDA SharePoint intake forms received from business stakeholders for completeness and accuracy.
Perform administrative functions for NDA SharePoint database, including uploading of signed Agreements, preparing reports and following up to obtain draft/signed NDA’s for NDA SharePoint database.
Manage Open Source Software license database, prepare dashboards based reports, assist reviewing attorney(s) with managing review requests and exception tickets
Qualifications
Graduate / Post-graduate from a well reputed university or college
1-5 years of experience with contract management of corporate Agreements.
Prior experience in the iCertis CLM database
Basic understanding of contractual concepts and various provisions of NDAs
Exceptional attention to detail, proactive, independent, and strong organizational skills
Excellent communication skills and ability to work with multi-regional stakeholders
Proficient with MS Word, Excel, Outlook, SharePoint, Teams, Adobe Acrobat
