Job Description : CREATIVE VM COORDINATOR
MIDDLE EAST & INDIA
Permanent contract
Reporting to the Visual Merchandising Manager, you will assist the Visual Merchandising team in maintaining boutique VM and executing windows. You will also assist with collection launches, following the Visual Merchandising schedule for each season.
Responsibilities:
Manage the ordering, allocation and coordination of all VM elements and materials. This includes working with suppliers and contractors to ensure deliverables meet set deadlines.
Coordination of VM & Décor installations, windows, events, mannequin changes, styling of props, cleanliness and de-installation
Championing the brand through Advanced VM standards and attention to detail
Coordination and facilitation of all launches, windows, floor moves and events
Communicate, oversee and support appropriate VM direction, animations and guidelines to relevant parties
Coordinating the movement and storage of display elements in conjunction with the Visual Merchandise Manager
Requirements:
Excellent time management skills to ensure deadlines are being met around documentation submissions and other tasks.
Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Applications (Excel, Powerpoint, Word).
Experienced at using Adobe Creative Suite programs, such as Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign.
Working knowledge of SketchUp is vital, rendering & CAD ability is beneficial
Excellent presentation and communication skills with the ability to engage internal and external stakeholders effectively.
Visual merchandising or design experience required, ability to read and interpret drawings / floorplans will be well regarded.
Flexible and positive team player that enjoys working in collaborative scenarios, however equally effective when working independently.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills to present creative and strategic ideas effectively.
Bachelor’s degree in graphic design, visual communications, spatial design, interior design, retail management, or similar field of study.
A minimum of 3+ years of relevant experience in within an in-house creative team or creative agency.
A flexible mindset with the ability to work late nights, weekends and some holidays.
