Duties
Customer Success Manager (Digital Media)
What you’ll do:
The primary KPIs for a CSM are ‘Customer Satisfaction’; ‘Revenue Retention’, ‘Platform Adoption’ and ‘Account Growth’.
As a Adobe Digital Media CSM, you will own the relationship between Adobe and a portfolio of Digital Media clients whose solutions may include Adobe Creative Cloud and Adobe Document Cloud
Adobe CSMs have a passion for digital technologies and client satisfaction. They act as the relationship lead for BAU and new initiatives once a client is won.
They are responsible to ensure that the customer fully utilizes its Adobe products and garners the maximum business value possible from this investment.
Successful CSMs:
Are technology-savvy individuals who have experience in digital media products and help drive adoption.
Produce regular issue status reports and quarterly activity reports for the Leadership Team.
Work directly with our Tier-1 customers to understand business, technical, reporting requirements and coordinate with multiple different Adobe internal teams to ensure customer success.
Ensure that the customer is aware of new technology functionality associated with acquisitions or new product releases.
Drive customer workshops to ensure adoption and facilitate roadmap discussions.
Ensure that the customer is able to participate in Adobe events should they desire.
Manage customer escalations
Skills:
10+ years either client side or agency with exposure to digital media products – Adobe Creative Cloud and Adobe Document Cloud, a general interest in digital technology and how it has changed the global business stage
Bachelor’s degree or higher in Business, Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, IT/Technology
Experience in Analytics and Acquisition technologies
Strong written and verbal communications skills Bachelor’s degree or higher in Business, Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, IT/Technology.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Demonstrated exceptional customer and relationship management skills.
Prior customer success experience or consulting experience is a plus
