Position : Customer Success Manager for TradeLens

Job Description : The Customer Success Manager role shall be focused on customer retention and development. The person shall be the subject matter expert for TradeLens, drive usage growth with the customer and eventually help expand the customers development using other TradeLens products.

Key responsibilities
1.Customer management – Ensure customers are satisfied

a.Work closely with onboarding teams, sales teams, solutions teams to deliver on customer requirements
b.Implement post-sales/retention plan and ensure execution, encourage platform usage, and assist customers to use TradeLens for solving problems.

c.Manage customer queries, escalations and ensure customer satisfaction with the product
d.Be the voice of the customer and share customer feedback for product development

2.Customer development – Help increase customer share of wallet

a.Build relevant growth plans, upsell accounts
b.Drive/support Product & Network development as per customer needs
c.Gather deep insights into customer business and help develop new use-cases

3.Subject matter expertise – Be the go-to person for TradeLens queries

a.Provide expertise to internal teams and customers
b.Ensure that product development/evolution is understood and cascaded to Area
c.Drive product awareness across the region

Accountable for
1.Customer satisfaction and feedback
2.Contract renewals
3.Upselling (in collaboration with Sales/Growth manager)
4. Product Development Input based on customer feedback.
Consulted for
1.Customer feedback
2.Product development
3.Upselling to customers
4.Collaboration opportunities with other products

We are looking for
1.Customer obsessed
2.Solution mindset
3.Have experience in selling / servicing digital logistics solutions.
4.Ability to manage senior stakeholders
5.Prioritization of critical tasks
6.Bachelor’s Degree
7.5 – 10 years of experience
8.The role could be based out of Dubai or India
