ABOUT THE ROLE

Main Functions:
Data collection, verification and validation
Setup of customers and suppliers accounts
Data entry, check and update
Data/documents/information upload and archive
Online access setup
Correspondence registration
Job Responsibilities:
Collaborate with a variety of internal and external parties (e.g. coworkers, users, customers and vendors) for the purpose of providing and/or receiving information and ensuring proper data entry.
Prepare and maintain accurate records and utilize relevant software applications.
Read incoming information to identify issues and create actions’ plan to perform task promptly to enable related party to use information.
Perform multiple tasks, adapt to changing priorities and apply logical processes and analytical skills to meet deadlines when required.
Work with others in a variety of circumstances to perform the functions of the job, and this will include: communicating with persons of varied technical knowledge and backgrounds; establishing and maintaining effective working relationships.
Work as part of a team: coordinate and conduct with other members of the team.
Work under limited supervision following standardized practices and procedures.
Compose a variety of documents.
Keep archives. Your responsibility to store and records documents/information and help other employees find the documents/information they need.
Operate standard office equipment (copy machine, IP phone).
REQUIREMENTS
EDUCATION

Bachelor’s Degree.
EXPERIENCE

Minimum 3 years’ experience in data entry and data collection.
SPECIFIC / TECHNICAL SKILLS

Fluent in English (excellent writing and speaking skills)
Proficient in computer skills (word, excel, power point etc.
Well-versed in IT Skills (MS Office database management)
Passionate about delivering excellence, detailed, customer focused and results oriented.
