Job Description : Job brief: We are looking for a reliable Debt collector to contact debtors and claim outstanding debts towards their creditors. You will be responsible for recovering the money owed in as little time as possible.This position can be stressful and difficult. A debt collector will have to be polite and sensitive towards people while also remaining committed to their purpose and persistent. Excellent communication skills and a sense of urgency are extremely useful to succeed in this task.Responsibilities: Keep track of assigned accounts to identify outstanding debtsPlan course of action to recover outstanding paymentsLocate and contact debtors to inquire of their payment statusNegotiate payoff deadlines or payment plansHandle questions or complaintsInvestigate and resolve discrepanciesCreate trust relationships with debtors when possible to avoid future issuesUpdate account status and database regularlyAlert superiors of debtors unwilling or unable to pay when necessaryComply with requirements when legal action is unavoidable**Requirements and skills: Proven experience as debt collectorExperience in working with targets and tight deadlinesKnowledge of relevant legal requirementsWorking knowledge of MS Office and databasesExcellent communication and people skillsApt in negotiating and persuadingAbility to be polite and compassionate without lacking confidenceJob Types: Full-time, PermanentSalary: AED2,000.00 – AED2,500.00 per monthEducation:Bachelor’s (Required)Experience:Debt collector: 3 years (Required)Language:English (Required)Arabic (Preferred)Other (Preferred)License/Certification:UAE driving license (Required)UAE employment visa (Required)and running car (Required)
