Digital Marketing Design Analyst

What this job involves:
Thinking digital
Do you live and breathe digital? We can offer you an exciting role where you can use this passion to disrupt the real estate investment industry using Adobe tools. You get to play a pivotal role support JLL corporate websites.

Mapping business requirements
We are seeking a new Design Analyst 1-2 years of experience to join our team. You will be designing a wide variety of things across digital and offline media. To be successful in this position, you’ll be a self-starter, capable of delivering brilliant creative ideas, and show amazing attention to detail.

Flawless expertise
An essential part of role will involve designing customized deliverables per team and stakeholder’s needs, including original graphical elements that visually capture a given message. The person in-charge will:

Immaculate knowledge
Work closely with the digital and content team to solution and optimize our digital experience.
Create a differentiated customer experience through digital design.
Create and own Champion and enforce email/landing page design guidelines and governance following branding guidelines (Create and manage templates and style guides)
Be the leading evangelist and implementer of brand and design style guides in email and landing page assets
Mentor JBS team members and vendors in the design, development and delivery of digital media solutions
Design and development (HTML/CSS/XHTML) emails, landing pages and other digital assets
Develop & maintain a best in class user experience through A/B testing and data-guided design
Research, design, and implement concepts that increase engagement and conversion
Have an “always testing” attitude towards our online assets as you help us pursue increased conversion optimization.
Will enforce and uphold JLL design guidelines. Should know Photoshop to be able to assist with design requirements along with HTML.

Graduates/Postgraduates from any field
9am – 6pm
Gurugram
1-2 years of professional experience in Designing using Adobe suite/tools
