Profile – We are looking for a go-getter in digital marketing having a startup-mindset for our Kota Office. Someone who has valuable experience in driving and scaling digital campaigns and who can drive user acquisition, purchase and engagement will fit aptly in this role.
Responsibilities & SkillsetsPlan, Execute and Scale all the digital marketing & remarketing campaigns, Paid & Organic through FB ads, Google ads, Mobile ad platforms, Native marketing platforms like Taboola etc., and other marketing platforms to scale growth, acquisition and sales for our apps.Plan and write excellent and action-based content for ad copies.Good Knowledge of SEO & ASO strategy to drive organic traffic on the apps.Lead, Build and maintain consistency on all the social media channels (FB, Youtube, Linkedin, Insta, Twitter)Effectively budget the marketing spend to achieve best possible ROI month on month.Constantly measure performance metrics on all the digital campaigns to achieve the defined goals (KPIS, ROI, Cost efficiency)Lead and effectively collaborate with team of designers, video creators and content writers to produce appealing content, videos, ads , marketing collaterals.Collaborate effectively with the operations and sales team to understand the market and build marketing strategies while also contributing towards offline marketing.Able to identify gaps and leakages in digital campaigns timely to reduce unwanted spend.Must have used & Possess good knowledge on analytics tools like Google analytics, Firebase, FB insights, hubspot, Semrush, marketing automation tools like Clever tap, Moengage and app attribution platforms like apps flyer, branch etc.Must possess knowledge on content management systems for handling website presence and blog.Able to collaborate cross-functionally in a fast-paced environment. Must possess a startup mindset.
Experience Required3-5 years of experience in driving and scaling digital campaigns utilizing major ad platforms with proven results.Handled a budget upwards of 50 lacs for a business.Must possess excellent written and verbal communication skills in Hindi & English (Hindi Mandatory)Experience and fluency with content creation, SEO & ASO.
