Job Description : Digital Marketing With Automation Expert | Job Description Responsibilities:1. Good understanding of the HubSpot and Pipedrive CRM systems.2. Must be HubSpot Certified and have prior experience onboarding HubSpot clients. 3. Configuration, lead management, databases & email reporting4. Assist the team in CRM implementation at the process level and have prior experience in the field.5. Collaborate closely with the team on customer acquisition and retention strategies. 6. HubSpot Forms and workflow Automations.7. Serving as a Subject Matter Expert; providing advice to marketing teams in key markets on marketing technology & automation as well as approaches appropriate for their market and assist them in understanding the operational requirements for campaign execution.8. Identifying and implementing global initiatives all areas of the online marketing tools such as website management, digital marketing campaigns, Search Engine Optimization, social media activities and brand awareness through digital communication channels. Guiding implementation as needed with Region teams.9. Digital Marketing Strategy Development & Execution10. Collaborating with Insights Manager to identify trends and to understand voice of customer (in digital channels) as critical inputs into the overall digital marketing strategy and development of customer journeys.11. Identifying, analysing and reporting opportunities in digital channels. Conducting trials and assessing results in these new areas to, where appropriate, building into local and regional marketing activity12. Developing appropriate web content to support customer acquisition and retention strategies.13. Work with customer centricity team to measure KPIs and improve execution across channels and customer types14. Promote and reinforce a digital mindset in the organisation What we need from you:1. Minimum of 4 years of multinational marketing experience, with strong digital marketing background and proven record of delivering results in the digital marketing space2. Certified Professionals in any one of the automation tools like (Marketo/Eloqua/Customer.io/Constant Contact/HubSpot/ExactTarget/Pardot/Userfox/At a Glance)3. Ability to demonstrate customer focus / customer-led approach to deliver digital marketing initiatives4. Technical expertise in digital marketing execution, including use of marketing automation tools (Marketo/Eloqua/Customer.io/Constant Contact/HubSpot/ExactTarget/Pardot/Userfox/At a Glance, Marketing Cloud, or similar) and webcast tools (Webex or similar)5. Solid engagement, communications, and project management skills across cultures/geographies, including management of internal and external stakeholders, in virtual and face-to-face environments6. Experience managing and enforcing branding standards and practices7.
