Position : Digitalisation Project Coordinator
Job Description : Role summary / Purpose
Digitalisation Project Coordinator responsible for the day-to-day monitoring, follow up and effective implementation of all our digital roadmap projects from concept to delivery.
Essential responsibilities
Build a project monitoring dashboard to provide visibility on the overall digital roadmap implementation
Maintain a risk log and proactively offer ways to help mitigate/escalate when deadlines are at risk
Help draft scope, plans of the assigned projects and estimated budget for further approval of CDO
Monitor Project Plans and relevant documentation
Act as mediator between Digitalization team, relevant teams in the company and outside providers to coordinate projects completion
Conduct reports and analytics on the request of CDO
Schedule and drive department meetings and presentations
Assist CDO in various tasks related to Company Digitalisation.
Qualifications / Requirements
Bachelors degree in business and/or technology management
Minimum 2 years’ experience in a technology/digital roles
Understand core business processes and associated technical solutions
Have an innovative and disruptive mindset, constantly looking forward
Experienced in MS Project
