Job Description : Title and Location: Director / Leader – People Partner
This position could be based in any of Hubilo’s India Locations (preferably Bangalore). The position reports to the Chief of People and Organization at Hubilo.

We are seeking a Director, People Partner to support our People Partners team and act as a true business partner to our C-Suite. You will be a trusted advisor to senior executives and provide pragmatic and commercial guidance, as well as work collaboratively with COEs to develop and implement people programs with successful outcomes.
Reporting to the Chief People Officer you will be a key member of the Global People Leadership team. You will talent plan with leaders to enable development, aid retention, and create stability through organizational design and succession planning. You will also build credible relationships across the business, continuously enhancing the people brand, and be seen as a key stakeholder in all relevant discussions and decisions across the employee lifecycle.
What you will do:
You are a key member of the People Leadership Team and lead the entire team of people partners aligned to various functions such as Product, Engineering, Design, Corporate Services, Sales and Marketing etc. and work closely with their internal counterparts for successful planning and delivery of people programs and services to the business. You will provide strategic partnering and guidance on transformational and change management projects deriving tangible, positive impact on the defined success metrics. You will serve as a strategic business partner to senior leadership focused on a broad-based and transformational talent agenda designed to recruit, develop, and retain the very best innovative talent in the business.
What it takes to be successful:
Strategic, yet hands-on. Comfortable designing for the future, while managing day-to-day people matters.
Stakeholder management: Significant experience of operating as a true people leader and business partner to C-Suite Level executives with considerable experience in understanding global operations within a start-up ecosystem.
Considerable experience with organizational design and how to grow talent in the organization.
Entrepreneurial: Brings a mindset of doing more with less, is a self-starter, and is highly motivated.
Relationship Building/Influencing: Demonstrate effective and appropriate influencing skills with senior management/partners, combining high-level human capital knowledge with deep organizational understanding.
Intellectual Curiosity: Ability to combine analytical reasoning, creativity, and judgment. Quickly study, able to handle complex matters, with multiple initiatives going on simultaneously.
Values and Leadership: Demonstrates alignment to Hubilo’ values and has the capability to lead and motivate a team. Demonstrates commitment to growing and developing internal talent.
Low Ego: Puts needs of the business ahead of him/herself. Operates in a transparent fashion without a personal agenda.
Execution rigor: Able to challenge the status-quo sensitively and constructively. Able to connect the dots and deliver on the strategic priorities for the people organization.
Experience and Qualifications
Master’s in human resources with 14+ years of relevant experience in the function or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
People leadership with exposure to an innovative and dynamic business, one that continues to reinvent their business proposition. Industry is open with a preference for technology / SaaS Tech. Multi-company /multi country experience is strongly preferred.
10+ years of successful business partnership at a divisional/executive level, with proven success in linking talent strategies to the business
Start-up experience will be highly valued although not mandatory
