Job Description : Description
Hiring a Document controller for Abu Dhabi.
Key Responsibilities:

Assist managers in day-to-day coordination of business operational activities.
Follow standard operating procedures for efficient business operations.
Monitor, control and manage business operations to meet job role expectations and company goals.
Maintain clear and accurate operations documents/procedures for reference purposes.
Make sure the documents are uploaded and provided to different government authorities, considering the requested time of providing all necessary information.
Must ensure that all required documents are completed on time and upon request, available to assigned team members.
Create document filing and organizing systems that are both effective and efficient.
Collaborate and communicate with Line Managers on required updates.
Ensure proper organization and security of documents (paper and electronic).

Key Requirements:

Bachelor degree holder with experience as Document controller.
Detail-oriented and meticulous work ethic.
Strong oral and written communication skills
Work well under pressure and have impressive stress management.
Extremely organized and efficient.
Able to prioritize and delegate tasks.
