Position : EHS Manager – Dubai – EMEA

Support the implementation of the Global EHS Management System, while developing local and regionally compliant procedures and guidance for local stakeholders.
Act as the EHS subject matter expert and provide support to local business partners, particularly on company projects.
Ensure all local regulatory and industry best practices and reporting requirements are met.
Develop and maintain routine documentation, such as risk assessments, audits, employee training and inspections.
Assist in the delivery of the global EHS objectives, including supporting and coordinating with other EHS team members, completing tasks as assigned to further improve the EHS culture and performance.
Qualifications, Skills and Experience
Bachelor’s degree in environment, health and safety, or related field
Applicants with relevant experience and professional certificates, such as NEBOSH, will be considered
Where required, applicants must have the locally recognized qualifications and/or local authority registrations to operate as the designated Company Health and Safety Officer
Graduate Member of IOSH or other locally recognized industry body is preferred
Excellent working knowledge of local, regional, and national compliance and regulatory requirements; general and construction standards
Minimum of over 3-5 years of experience working in a similar regulatory role
Able to work independently and drive results
Strong communication skills
Ability to influence key stakeholders and build relationships
Strong computer-based skills, able to produce reports and working documents to an exceptional standard
Strives for continuous improvement
Flexible schedule to meet the needs of the business
