Role Description

Job Purpose

Ø To provide direct administrative support in all daily day to day activities/attending to calls/arranging meetings/coordinating with senior leadership and other stakeholders. Maintain and create reports/presentations as required.

Primary Responsibilities

Business Responsibility Areas
Key Performance Indicators

· Management of the calendar. Providing reminders regarding upcoming meetings, events or anything requiring an action and making all the arrangements
· Travel Booking and arrangements, and other administrative activities related to expense booking, vendor management etc.
· Prepare and edit presentations as required
· Collect data from identified stakeholders and prepare HR reports and Dashboards and publish them with the required frequency.
· Assist with mails, correspondence, enquiries, and other tasks
· Being well versed with internal policies/procedures and ensure they are met.
· Assist with projects as required
· Maintain documentation and overall confidentiality levels associated with performing duties as assigned
· Adherence to Timelines expected
· Accuracy and confidentiality of data

Qualifications
Essential
MBA/B.Com/BBA

Previous Experience
Essential
1-3 years of prior experience as an Executive Assistant
