During your tenure as an Executive assistant, you will demonstrate and develop your capabilities in the following areas:
Providing schedule management support – arranging internal and external business meetings, drafting presentations, taking minutes when necessary.
Organizing client events and seminars – sourcing venues, catering, preparing agendas, presentations, printouts, reception of guests etc.
Organizing internal events and working closely with the Assistant Manager for C&I to deliver any internal communications to the practice
Work with the team on assignments related to the department such as support business development initiatives, support with proposals.
Ensuring that the credentials database and all assets in the knowledge hub are kept up to date and relevant
Supporting with internal procedures and any risk clearances needed
Daily and monthly administrative tasks for the Partner and senior members of the team
Preparing weekly and monthly reports from CRM working closely with the Assistant Manager on management reporting
Act as a point of contact between staff and the C&I team within A&A
Ad-hoc support and administrative tasks as required

Qualifications:
Graduate from recognized university, Public Administration qualification
5 years Executive Support & Office Manager experience
Previous experience with a professional services environment would be useful.
Good IT skills including advanced knowledge of Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Access, and Internet Explorer.
Fluent in English (Reading, Speaking and Writing)
Strong marketing/media background
